We’d like you to post audio files on this website. These posts can either be audio comments on individual blog entries, or creative audio contributions to the project.

To add your existing audio files:

1. upload your files to a website such as MediaMax and Switchpod (both are free)

2. copy the code for your files that these sites provide into a Flight Paths comment box (click the symbol beside any paragraph, or any of the paragraph links on the right)

If you aren’t equipped to make audio recordings yourself, you can leave audio messages on Flight Paths directly from your phone. Just dial the number closest to your location:

1.800.749.0632 (US only)
1.647.723.3682 (Toronto, CA)
1.403.775.9947 (Calgary, CA)
3537.6670.9691 (Dublin, IE)
0207.100.2530 (London, UK)
3120.890.8137 (Amsterdam, NL)
6129.037.1938 (Sydney, AU)
6186.365.4411 (Perth, AU)
702681 (Free World Dialup)
422@sip.gabcast.com (Gizmo / SIP)

Then enter our channel number 14453, and channel password 0000, to start recording your message. It will then appear on Flight Paths automatically (this service is provided by Gabcast.)

Here’s another link to the ambient sound in the carpark, including a plane overhead, a train, and some weirdly electronic sounding birds.
